  • Booking and Payment Questions

    1. How long can you hold a booking reservation?

    Our process is First Pay, First Book. We do not hold any booking reservations.
    To secure a booking date, we require our clients to pay the initial deposit.

    2. How much is the initial deposit?

    Initial deposit is 60% of the total payment.

    3. Until when can we cancel our booking?

    Booking cancellation is not allowed once confirmed but you can reschedule at least 2 weeks before your booked date instead.

    4. Is the security deposit refundable?

    Yes, security deposit is refundable upon check out assuming that there is no damage done in the house.

    5. Do you charge payment for children?

    Rates for children ages 5-10 years old is 50% of the full rate. For children ages 4 years old and below, they are free of charge.

    6. Do you charge payment for day trip guests or guests of the client?

    Yes. Day trip guests, guests of the client, or even those who will stay overnight but will not sleep over is required to pay the full rate since they will also use the facilities of the house.

    7. Do you provide an official receipt?

    Most of our vacation houses do not issue an official receipt. We only issue an O.R. when you rent either Hidden Resort, Wooden Bridge, and Allyza Resort



    Rental House Questions

    1. What is the Check-in and Check-out time?

    The standard check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is at 12PM except for Blue Sky house and Allyza resort.

    2. Is there parking available?

    Yes, all of the vacation houses have parking spaces.

    3. Can we bring pets?

    No. Bringing of pets in any of our vacation houses is prohibited.

    4. Are there any breakfast, towels, toiletries, or WiFi provided?

    No. Please bring your own towel and toiletries. You can also cook your meals in the house. WiFi is not available in any of the vacation houses.

    5. Are we allowed to bring food or cook in the house?

    Yes. Also please make sure to clean up afterwards. If you need cleaning service during your stay, you will be asked to pay 500 pesos.

    6. Are kitchen utensils and cookware available?

    Yes, basic kitchen utensils and cookware are available.

    7. Is there any drinking water provided?

    Not all of the vacation houses provide drinking water. Kindly contact us to confirm.

    8. Does the pool have a heater or is the pool heated?

    No.

    9. Is there aircon and/or shower heater available in the house?

    Availability of aircon and/or shower heater depends on the house. Kindly contact us to confirm.

    10. Is there videoke available?

    Availability of free videoke depends on the house. Kindly contact us to confirm.
