House Rules

1. Check in time is after 2PM and check out time is at 12PM. No early check in or late check out.

2. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

3. A security deposit of Php 1,000 is required. This must be given upon arrival to the caretaker. The deposit automatically converts to security/damages. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is refundable upon departure assuming there is no damage done in the house.

4. Guests shall bring towels, toiletries and extra beddings for their own comfort, which should be shown to the caretaker upon move in, as with all other items which may bear resemblance to those in the vacation house.

5. The leased premises shall be used exclusively by the guests for residential purpose and family use only and the guests shall not divert the premises to other purposes without the prior written consent of the lessor.

6. All guests are strictly ordered to be discreet and care for the neighborhood’s peace & order especially during night time. Non-compliance to this order may result to forced eviction by any representative of the owner.

7. All of the vacation houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, likewise any domestic violence that will involve local law enforcement. The owners are not responsible for children or minors that maybe injured or any risk incurred associated during their stay.

8. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

9. Cancellation or changes that result in a shortened stay, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation of early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

10. The guests shall keep the vacation house clean and in sanitary condition, free from obnoxious odors and keep everything in as good and tenantable condition as when taken, ordinary wear and tear expected. Any cost incurred by any loss or damage caused or done by the guests or its/his/her family members, staff, domestic help or visitors, shall be shouldered by the guests.
